About Our Mobile Services

A mobile vet clinic is a veterinary service that operates out of a specially equipped vehicle, like a van, rather than a traditional brick-and-mortar veterinary hospital. These clinics travel to clients’ homes or various locations, offering many of the same services as stationary vet clinics. At Vets to Pets, we perform all services in the home – where you and your pet are the most comfortable.

We offer most of the same services as a brick-and-mortar veterinary hospital! We can perform wellness examinations, vaccinations, labwork, ultrasound, hospice & end of life care, and more! We do NOT offer surgery, dentistry, or radiology with our mobile service.

A mobile visit is typically less stressful for pets since they stay in their familiar environment and avoid car rides, waiting rooms, and exposure to other animals. Mobile visits offer in-home care, saving time and making it easier for people with limited mobility, multiple pets, or busy schedules. Mobile services offer more personalized care with fewer distractions.
Pricing of services is comparable to a regular brick-and-mortar veterinary clinic. Each visit does come with a travel fee that is variable dependent on your location

Yes, most pets are more comfortable at home during a mobile vet visit. Being in their familiar environment helps reduce stress and anxiety, especially for pets that dislike car rides, loud noises, or being around other animals. At home, your pet can stay relaxed in their own bed or favorite spot, making the exam or treatment feel less intimidating.

Of course! You are welcome to be as involved (or as distant) as you want.

Let the mobile vet team know about your pet’s behavior so they can come prepared.Ask us about calming supplements, medications, anxiety wraps, or pheromone sprays. If possible, gradually get your pet used to being handled in certain ways (like having paws touched or wearing a muzzle).
